Transpersonal Hypnotherapy

Allow me to provide an overview of Transpersonal hypnotherapy.

"Transpersonal" can be defined as the crossing or melding of the mind, body and spirit (or soul).

Transpersonal hypnotherapy allows the practitioner and client to address any aspect of the relationship between the mind, body and spirit - making it possible for clients to explore their relationship to a universal creator and their own unique spiritual walk through human life. Hypnosis is used as a bridge to higher levels of awareness, often referred to as the "superconscious" by psychologists. Techniques such as Past Life Regression and Life Between Lives are considered part of transpersonal hypnotherapy.

Past Life Regression

In hypnosis, you move to a life before this one which has everything to do with a problem being experienced now. Bringing awareness and understanding to the past life situation brings resolution and healing of today's problem. A belief in reincarnation is not necessary for this technique to be effective.

Life Between Lives

This is an exploration through hypnosis of the time before you incarnated.   It brings understanding of what is going on in your life now and can provide a much broader sense of spirituality.

Transpersonal Hypnotherapy is not undertaken lightly. Much study is needed to do it well, and not all hypnotherapists have the training necessary. Make sure you ask about the qualifications of any practitioner who you want to use these techniques with you. These techniques should never be used without your permission.
