Stress Busting Hypnosis

The very first use of hypnosis was to relieve stress and the effects stress could have on your body. And that happened centuries ago. Since then things have sped up – a lot. And so has – stress.
Stress can cover a multitude of things – nervousness, worry, negative thinking, shyness, performance issues. The list can always be
added to.
One of the key factors about mastering stress is the realization that it is yourself who chose to feel this way. Now you didn’t go out and welcome the feeling in. Perhaps you modelled on how other people close to you reacted to challenge and tension. Maybe family members didn’t sleep, ate to handle the unpleasant feeling, even had skin outbreaks or unpleasant internal sensations. Your subconscious could have picked that up as a pattern.
But - you can choose to manage stress and not feel those unpleasant feelings or have their unpleasant results. No you don’t walk around on a cloud of non-feeling.
Challenges will still inspire reaction. But 1] you will lose that reaction faster. 2] you may have no reaction at all 3] you feel in control of what you do about those challenges and 4] lose physical issues provoked by stress – and get on with the happier things in your life.

Sessions are 1 1/2 to 2 hours in length and are held every week.

Payments are made monthly or singly by cheque or PayPal.

Upon completion of the full program payment can be claimed as tuition from The Innisfree School of Hypnosis Education if it improves your workplace skills.
