Thank you for your interest in studying with Innisfree for your hypnosis certification training. We at Innisfree are quite excited about the things Innisfree trained hypnotists can do – stop Fibromyalgia, stop pain, stop smoking, stop IBS/Crohn’s, alleviate Tourette’s [tics], work in the consciousness fields of
Energy – and so much more! Innisfree has come a long way since it started training students!

We are living in interesting times. Times when PhD’s at major universities are studying energy healing; times when PhD’s at major universities are studying the continuance of consciousness after we stop our human life. And times when

these things are now meshing with medicine and quantum physics. Innisfree Hypnosis is making full use of this information.

So we have the modality of hypnosis which is as old, and eternal as time revving up to be instrumental in our new future. And it isn’t something strange because every single human being and animal has this ability to move into an altered state. We’re all born with it. Somehow though this has scared many people. And often this fear is used by organizations to keep us from our rights of using our own minds to make changes in ourselves.

You may have thought these thoughts as well – that hypnosis can help a person be self-determined, responsible, and fix many things the person has been told he or she ‘just has to live with’. Well that’s just what hypnosis does! And, if we want, it goes further into exploring consciousness itself.

We at Innisfree like to believe that we are teaching an old/eternal modality in advance of its time. Yes we give you the basics but we move further, and as much as possible we ground this ‘further’ with facts from those PhD’s written about previously.

It takes a special person to study with Innisfree. Studying with Innisfree will not only teach you to be an extremely effective Consulting Hypnotist, as you use hypnosis in the traditional formats, but it will also coach you to release your own limitations, move forward and expand your own conscious understanding. We believe this is necessary for every person who wants to work with the consciousness of others. So personal courage and honesty are necessary for your own personal exploration since that is also what you will ask you clients to do.

Innisfree asks that you have a fantastic work ethic since for 6 months you will do 5 to 10 hours of work between weekly classes. In short you will immerse yourself in this learning. Obviously an Innisfree student will be passionate about this modality. It’s this passion which will get you through the challenges to your confidence as you go past your comfort level into doing something completely new. It’s this passion which will drive you in your reading and research. And certainly it is this passion which will help your transpersonal exploration of the spiritual [non-religious] portion of consciousness.

Yes Innisfree teaches you the basics of clinical hypnosis – in great depth – but no study of consciousness is complete without exploring the transpersonal. Reincarnation, past lives, energy attachments are not gimmicks. Innisfree believes them real. Part of hypnosis is that advertently or inadvertently these areas may be accessed. So an Innisfree student must know how to work with hypnosis in these areas – and be prepared to go far beyond his or her present understanding of the spiritual.

Not only will this be taught in class time but an intensive class [Life Path Group - LPG] is offered as part of your training. In this class you will examine your motivations and move ahead as well as talk weekly with a channeled Spiritual Collective. And that Spiritual Collective came through with the help of hypnosis as practiced by the Director of Innisfree. This extra class [weekly for 2 months] is optional but is a prerequisite if you intend to work with Innisfree after graduation. Twenty four hours are added to certificate through this study.

Innisfree takes the point of view that you are Life Coaching/educating through the use of hypnosis. Much is done by talking consciously to a person and learning his or her learning styles and doing hypnosis writing for that person. Both direct and indirect hypnosis are taught – and definitely Ericksonian scripting.

There are many students who look for a program as rigorous and intense as the one Innisfree offers. Some only think they do until they start. They usually drop out. It is also possible to fail Innisfree certification if the teacher isn’t satisfied about knowledge and ability. This is the standard Innisfree maintains. The bar will not be lowered.

Innisfree hopes to attract those whose previous academic work trained them to intense reading and working to deadlines. Innisfree also hopes to attract people of late 30’s and up who are passionate about using hypnosis with themselves and others to make changes. We actually feel that if the passion isn’t there this program may be too much for you.

This is 6 months of your journey in personal change and development and becoming an extremely competent Consulting hypnotist. Most hypnosis schools offer 2 groups of three 3 day weekends with some time in between. You pay each time for those weekends. Innisfree offers 6 months training straight through and we feel we include far, far more information than weekend learning. We also commit ourselves to helping you every step of the way on the journey.

So you may now see what the ‘right stuff’ is to study with Innisfree. Please think carefully before you commit to study with us. The work is heavy, rigorous, mind expanding and ongoing. If this is the kind of learning you want Innisfree is there for you every step of the way in small classes [max. 4] for 6 months.

The complete course is $3000 [no tax]. Innisfree is a government authorized school so you will receive a tuition receipt upon completely paying for the course. Certification is based on satisfying the teachers of the program as to your ability and understanding. Payment is made in 2 halves- $1500 for the first 3 months and $1500 for the last 3 months or completely.

Innisfree offers many handouts and books throughout the course written by the director. The materials are copy written and for use during the course and upon graduation. These materials must be returned or destroyed if you decide to leave the program. Permission for their use is not given in that circumstance. We feel the content of these books and handouts is very deep and unique to Innisfree. You likely won’t find such materials elsewhere.

Innisfree really does want to teach the passionate, industrious learner who will go past his or her own comfort level - consistently. Generally this learner has a college or university background. If you feel this is for you let’s talk further and set up an interview for acceptance. If we both agree that Innisfree and you ‘fit’ there will be a hypnosis session before classes start which is compulsory. A learning contract will also be signed.
