In times past people could apprentice themselves to skilled, experienced workers to learn a craft. Innisfree returns to that concept.

Over a period of 6 months (207 hours) with 4 (4 hr.) monthly sessions and much practicing in between I invite you to come and learn hypnosis in a class of 4 students. This allows you to discuss, develop, and have constant hands on, and mind on. direction as you learn this ancient and futuristic modality - hypnosis. We all have access to our own altered states. That’s part of our being as humans. And these altered states can heal, change, improve and even put us into communication with the wider source of our being.

Perhaps you’ve used hypnosis for yourself and been amazed by its swiftness and efficacy.

Perhaps the whole concept fascinates you and you are sure you can use it to help others.

It is the goal of Innisfree to train you to help people to use their own minds. That means reading, writing, research …..and practice. You also need to adjust yourself to the work you do. That’s why the teacher student relationship is important. Your mental elastics will be stretched by the tools you use and the life experiences you and your clients have.

Innisfree School of Hypnosis Education is authorized by the governments of Ontario and Canada.

That means you will be given a tuition receipt upon completion of the full program to claim back about 20% of the cost. You can also claim materials.

You will also be given a certificate attesting to your training and certifying you as a Consulting Hypnotist/ hypnotherapist upon successful completion of the program.

Hypnosis is one of the few areas where maturity counts. It takes a person who has had life experiences to relate to another person’s life experiences. Innisfree welcomes students who are retirees or working part time. A very special welcome is given to those with an educational background.

While Innisfree is happy to train medical professionals in hypnosis skills this training will not teach medical skills. Using hypnosis to help a person learn to manage his or her own life offers a myriad of opportunities for work without intruding into the medical domain.

Science is at last beginning to catch up to hypnosis. Books concerning energy fields and the power of the mind are being written. Medical doctors are discovering the use of the mind to heal.
